Task guide
Share an invoice
Find the document and choose how to deliver its PDF or link to the customer.
Quoted control names match Riel’s Spanish interface.
Before you start
- The document must be available to download or share. If it needs fiscal authorization, check that authorization is confirmed.
- Check the recipient and channel before sending. Anyone who receives a public link can open it while it remains valid.
Step by step
-
Find the document
Open the document from the “Comprobantes” history. Check the customer, reference and amount. “Descargar PDF” downloads the file if you prefer to attach it yourself.
-
Choose delivery
Open “Compartir / enviar”. To share a link, use “Crear link público” if a link does not exist yet and check its validity. Then open “Compartir link” to use “Copiar link público”, “Copiar texto para WhatsApp” or “Abrir WhatsApp”.
-
Finish sending in your chosen channel
If you open WhatsApp, choose the recipient and send the message there; opening it or copying text does not send the invoice. If you attach the PDF in your own email service, complete the send there. To send from Riel, use “Preparar email”, review the recipient, subject and PDF, then select “Enviar PDF por email”. In the demo, you can only send to your own Riel email.
-
Check what was confirmed
Check Riel’s result and available delivery history. If you shared the link outside Riel, also check the message in that channel. Review expiry or revoke the link when needed.
Delivering an invoice and collecting payment are separate tasks: sharing it does not record a customer payment.
What to check when you finish
- The PDF or link belongs to the correct document.
- An email-sent confirmation does not prove the recipient read it. Copying a link or opening WhatsApp does not prove delivery either.
- An expired or revoked link no longer provides public access to the document.
